Questions to Ask Your Process Server:

1. Are they Licensed to serve process?
Not all states require servers to be licensed, Arizona does require them to be licensed.

Arizona does not require any process serving companies to be bonded or insured. Although not required, most professional companies will be at least insured. This provides you as the client security if the service company commits a negligent act and you have to go after the company to recover a loss.

3.
How long do they take to get started on serving the papers once they receive them?
This is an important question to ask, there are many serving comanies that take up to 10 days to start attempting the papers. We offer turn-around time of under 2 business days if we receive the documents in our office by 10AM.

4. Do they charge additional for mileage, notary, or affidavit preparation?
We never charge additional for these, they are all included in the flat rate.

5. Are they Licensed Private Investigators?
Although a company is not required to be a licensed private investigations company, having this license shows the that the company has many hours of investigative experience and also has access to databases that process servers do not have access to in order to locate individuals.
